English Abstract
-Accelerate the capacity of electronic devices is excellent, and the field of wireless communications is the most developed and accelerated, therefore, wireless networks are a good choice to help the tourists during their visit to the archaeological sites.
In fact the majority of tourists have mobile phones that Bluetooth technology has become part of it; this technique has many advantages such as low cost and short-term, so think it's an important choice must be activated in the process tourist.
This thesis will provide detailed explanation for the development of archaeological tourism in Jordan by using Bluetooth technology in sending electronic package for Jerash antiquities to the tourist mobile phone.
The aim of this thesis is to design a package for each tourist site containing on all the historic sites and menus for inquiry about sites in that area.
The package will contain a database that includes all the site photos with the necessary services.
The photos and services are connected by labels.
The package has been programmed using j2me programming language for mobile devices.
The user acquires the package from the control room, by address mobile phone.
This system offers an interactive process between the administration of the archaeological site and tourists, by providing the tourists with all information and services which satisfy all the necessary needs of tourists while roaming in the archaeologist site.
