English Abstract
This study aimed at measuring the attitude of personal customers toward the use of electronic payment services, and determining the factors that influence their behavior toward the use of these services.
The sample of the study was a convenient sample which consisted of 400 units, chosen from different banks all over Jordan.
The questionnaire was distributed to a sample that represented all Jordanian commercial banks.
After collecting the data, I analyzed them by appropriate statistical methods such as one way ANOVA, chi-square, one sample t-test and Pearson coefficient.
