The research aims to know the effect of a training program in the development of social awernesamong middle schoolers and for the purpose of verifying that were selected sample of ( 60 ) students, has been building a tool to measure social awernes, depending on the viewpoint Goleman as corrupted measure in its final form of (20) paragraph has been verified spychlogical characteristics , as well as a training program has been built according to the social cognitive theory of Pandora corrupted (8) sessions following hypotheses were tested : no statistically significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group in the pretest There is a statistically significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post test There is a statistically significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group after the application of the program, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group that applied by the program.
