Almighty Allah has set different kinds of worships and certain types of orders , Al.Ektiaf (Retirement) is of the best , for spirits are in need for arrest of life difficulties and weariness ; therefore , the one who has wisdom shall find the best way to be comfortable and safe is the mention of Allah .

In this research , I tried to simplify the Fiqh Al.Ektiaf through the explanation of Al.Dura Al.Yatima system which considers a magnificent of the Islamic Fiqh.
