This phenomenon is considered as problematic to some researchers especially in dealing with grammar teaching.

In this research, it is presented many obstacles such as a controversy in definitions, neglect by researchers, etc.

All that and other obstacles are discussed in details in this research.

Formulaic language has come to be of special interest in the past twenty years and is regarded as one of the central strategies of language development.-
