The study attempts to show how to follow-up and evaluate local development projects in Dalanj Locality.

The follow-up and evaluation are the key success of development projects, and that the participation of the beneficiaries of the project increases the benefit from those projects.

The significance of the study is that the follow-up and evaluation of local development projects support and reinforce the objectives of the projects.

The study is conducted because of the local and international changes of rapid and large development projects.

The study aims at achieving sustainable development in the future and increases the revenue on development projects.

The problem of the study is that the absence of follow-up and evaluation of local development projects reduces the expected revenue from such projects.

The study uses descriptive analytical and case study approach.

The tool used is personal interviews for qualitative information drawn from the study sample.

The population of the study is Dalanj locality with its current geographical borders.

The study sample is the development projects that have been implemented.

The study reaches the following findings : -There is shortage of transportation.

-There is lack of training for personnel in these projects.
