Arabic Abstract
الإنترنت الذي جمع العالم و تبادلت الحضارات و الثقافات من خلاله، حتى أصبح شيء أساسي في حياة الأفراد لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه.
فبدأ التوجه لدى المستثمرين في اختراق حياتنا من خلاله، تقديم خدمات، تسويق للمنتجات، إرسال إعلانات و غيرها.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تزويد المستثمرين بنظام يطبق على المواقع الإلكترونية الخاصة بهم، من خلال الحصول على معلومات المستخدم الشخصية و مجالات اهتمامه، لتقديم الخدمات، طريقة التسويق و الإعلانات التي تناسبه حسب المكان الموجود فيه "وصول خدمة / منتج بما يتناسب مع المستخدم و اهتماماته و توفير الوقت، الجهد و المال على المستثمر في الوصول إليه".
English Abstract
Internet has linked the world together and through it many civilizations and cultures have been exchanged till it has become an essential as well as irreplaceable part of people's life.
Such a tool widely used has introduced many challenges as well.
One important challenge in the usability in terms of content and interaction.
Most importantly delivering the right content with the right presentation.
This thesis address this important challenge and propose a framework that allows web sites owners to enhance the usability of their websites and provide their users with the required content in a usable way.
The main contribution of the thesis is the extensive literature survey about recommendation systems and a proposed framework that can maximize the positive experience from using websites through recommendation technologies.
