Abstract EN
We report our experience to compare the effect of inverted position and other positions (standing, supine, tilting head 45) on Cardio-vascular responses (Systolic and diastolic blood Pressure and heart rate) of health normal persons, thirty volunteers with normal blood pressure (BL.P), heart rate (H.R) and have no complain from previous cardio-vascular illness.
Fifteen females and fifteen males with age ranging between (18-25ys), there was a significant increase systolic blood pressure, heart rate and less significant in diastolic blood pressure associated passive inversion.
From this study passive inversion can be classified as an exercise.
