Abstract EN

A young male patient with miliary tuberculosis developed intestinal perf oration shortly after starting and responding to antituberculous therapy.

Such a paradoxical response during treatment of various forms of tuberculosis is well described in the literature.

The case is reported and the causal relationship of treatment to intestinal perforation is discussed.
