Abstract EN

The study aims to show and clarify the development and increase of the number of patients and deaths of the chronic kidney failure disease in the Governorates of Gaza during the period( 2002-2012 A.D) The study also aimed to show the role of the hospitals of the Governorates of Gaza in facing the chronic kidney failure disease and the relationship of the health and economic conditions with the disease trying to link the human variables to the Chronic kidney failure disease using a number of statistical coefficients represented in (Chi-Square) with the aim of showing the correlation.

The study results showed a correlation between the economic and health characteristics and the Chronic kidney failure disease.

The Most important recommendations made by the study are the need to keep the blood pressure and blood sugar of the hypertensive and diabetic patients within the normal limits because they are important factors in the kidney failure infection.

In addition to other natural and human factors including the need to avoid excessive taking of medicines and pain killers which cause damage to the kidneys, providing the patients with transportation and financial aids, increasing the number of kidney dialysis apparatuses and expanding of some of the kidney dialysis departments .
