تتناول هذه الدراسة المنجزات العمرانية للأمير سنجر بن عبد الله الجاولي الشافعي(653 -745 / 1255-1345)، من مساجد و مدارس و بيمارستان، و أسبلة و قناطر، و ميادين و خانات....الخ.
و تأتي أهميتها من حيث اعتمادها على سجلات المحكمة الشرعية في القدس، و دفاتر الطابو العثمانية، و المصادر التاريخية، و بعض الدراسات الحديثة التي تطرقت إلى جوانب لها علاقة بالموضوع.

This study dealt with the Prince Sujur Ibn Abdullah Al-Jawly Al-Shfhy (653-745 A.H / 1255–1345 A.D) urban achievements from mosques, schools, Bimarstanat (hospitals), Asbiah, dams, fields, Khanat (inns) ...
etc.
The significance of the study of its reliance on the records of the Sharia Court in Jerusalem, and Ottoman Land Registry books (Tabo), and the historical sources, in addition of some recent studies that dealt with some aspects related to the topic.
