Abstract EN

This research aims to explain the concept of the monetary form of benefits, and the disagreement of scholars and their evidences and to discuss it within this most important issue amongst Islamic jurisprudence, to support one part in such difference.

The research highlighted the effects of this difference in the books of schools of Islamic jurisprudence, and in contemporary issues.

Among the most important results of this research : is seconding the monetary form of benefits and accordingly supporting the branches based on the difference on the monetary form of benefits.
