The researcher monitoring four doctrines in utility : Doctrine of substantive and personal doctrine and doctrine realistic and doctrine standard.

The aim of this research is to demonstrate the realization scholars of Islamic Legislation and for what utility their own characteristics, making it the hub of the legislative building in various fields.
