Pathological fractures in primary hyperparthyroidsm are usually seen in the late stages of the disease.
It is ex¬tremely rare to see such fractures in asymptomatic hyperparathyroidsm.
We present such a case and discuss the diagnostic difficulties and problems in treatment.
