In order to estimate quantitatively consumers ’ satisfac-tion and correlates of satisfaction with physician’s, denial and allied services providedby Ministry ofHealth Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs) a cross-sectional survey was made in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Five hundred and forty systematically selected patients over the age of 15 years completed a self-administered questionnaire on socio-de-mographic characteristics and their levels of satisfaction ؛/’٠١/; various services.

The results of patient satisfaction are discussed in terms of their correlation with distance from the PHCC, gender, marital status, age, income and education.

Conclusions are drawn that some laboratory, physician andpharmacy services need corrective interven-؛/،»» and two categories, females and students, need spe-cial attention.
