The researcher used a number of statistical methods appropriate to the study, study to evaluate the management skills of heads of ة؛اا؛ The results of government Saudi universities came to a medium ٨؛ academic departments degree.which it without the required level.which indicates that the heads of departments lack the management skills necessaty to achieve the objectives of the scientific sec'tions.and although low grade came Order managerial skills as - ؛average values as follows: (organization - eoiumunication - human relation time management - making decisions and solving problems - participation and teamwork - supervision - Planning - Monitoring and Evaluation - Development).
