Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر المشاركة في صنع القرار في السلوك الإبداعي من وجهة نظر العاملین في شركة البوتاس العربیة و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1958) موظفا وموظفة هم إجمالي العاملین في شركة البوتاس العربیة و قد تم اختیار عینة طبقیة تناسبیة عشوائیة بنسبة (% 40) حیث بلغ حجمها (750) و موظفا و موظفة.

و لجمع البیانات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة فقد تم تطویر استبانة لهذه الغایة.

استخدم الباحث برنامج (SPSS.V.19) لمعالجة البیانات، كما تم استخدم أسلوب الانحدار المتعدد لاختبار أثر المتغیرات المستقلة على المتغیر التابع.

كشفت نتائج الدراسة عند وجود اثر ایجابي و قوي للمتغیرات التابعة في المتغیر المستقل.

كما كشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في الإدراك لدى العاملین في شركة البوتاس العربیة تجاه المشاركة في صنع القرار و السلوك الإبداعي تعزى إلى متغیراتهم الدیموغرافیة (العمر، مستوى التعلیم، الخبرة، و الوظیفة)، بینما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في إدراكهم تجاه المشاركة في صنع القرار و السلوك الإبداعي تعزى لمتغیر النوع الاجتماعي.

أوصت الدراسة و بناء على النتائج بضرورة مشاركة كافة الموظفین من مختلف المستویات في عملیة صنع القرار.

English Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the Impact of the Participation in Decision Making Process (PDM) in The Creative Behavior .The population of this study was 1958 employees who work at The Arab Potash Company (APC).

Stratified sample of (40%) (750) employees were targeted randomly from the high, low and medium levels of management at the (APC) and relevant researches.

Likert five- point scale questionnaire was to collect the required data.

The researcher used the statistical package for Social Scenic (SPSS v.19) software to analyze the data and the multiple regression technique was used to test the impact of the independent variables.

The results revealed a strong, positive impact of the independent variable participating in the DMP on the dependent variable creative behavior".

The results of the study revealed also that there are differences in the perceptions of the employees at the APC toward in the PDM and creative behavior according to their demographic variable (age, education level, experience and job title), but this difference wasn't found in their perceptions toward participating in decision making and creative behavior attributed to their gender.

The study recommended that because of the advantages of the employee's Participation in Decision Making companies should encourage and support their employees to take part in this process
