طورت طريقة طيفية جديدة لتقدير السبروفلوكساسين هيدروكلوريد و المبيفرين هيدروكلوريد بشكل منفرد و بشكل أني بالاعتماد على تقنية المشتقة الأولى و المشتقة الثانية لأطياف هذه المركبات.
لقد وجد أن المشتقة الأولى و المشتقة الثانية لأطياف هذه المركبات تمكن من التقدير الأني للسبروفلوكساسين هيدروكلوريد و للمبيفرين هيدروكلوريد بمدى يتراوح بين (4- 28) مايكروغرام \ مل و ذلك بقياس ارتفاع القمة- خط القاعدة و كذلك من خلال قياس المساحة تحت الحزمة عقد أطوال موجية محددة لكل مركب.
لقد كانت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من تحليل المركبات قيد الدراسة متوافقة و دقيقة بشكل مقبول, كما و أمكن تطبيقها لتقدير السبروفلوكساسين هيدروكلوريد و المبيفرين هيدروكلوريد بشكل ناجح في اثنين من المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
Abstract EN
A new Spectrophotometric method, is for individual and simultaneous determination of Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (CIP) and Mebeverin hydrochloride (MEB) by the first and second derivative mode techniques.
The first and second derivative spectra of these compounds permitted individual and simultaneous determination of CIP and MEB in concentration range of (4-28 μg / mL) by measuring the amplitude of peak-to-base line and the area under peak at selected spectrum intervals.
The methods showed a reasonable precision and accuracy and have been applied to determine CIP and MEB in four different pharmaceutical preparations.
