تم في هذا البحث تحضير أغشية أوكسيد الكادميوم بتقنية الترسيب بالحمام الكيميائي و التي تعتبر طريقة غير مكلفة و مناسبة لترسيب مساحات واسعة.
حيث تضمن البحث دراسة تأثير عاملين مهمين من معاملات الترسيب و هي (درجة حرارة الترسيب، حامضية المحلول) على خصائص الأغشية المرسبة و ذلك للحصول على الظروف المثلى للتحضير.
كما تضمن البحث دراسة و تحليل الخصائص التركيبية، البصرية، و الكهربائية للأغشية المحضرة بظروف مختلفة.
التوصيلية الكهربائية العالية و النفاذية البصرية العالية لأكثر من 80 % ت من ه \ ه جعلت من هذه الأغشية مناسبة لاستخدامها كأقطاب شفافه.
Abstract EN
In this work CdO films were prepared by using chemical bath deposition, which is a simple and inexpensive technique suitable for large deposition area.
Many growth parameters have been considered in this work to specify the optimum condition, namely (deposition temperature, and pH value).
Structure and electrical properties of CdO films are investigated and analyzed extensively with respect to growth conditions.
The high conductivity and high visible transmission (> 80%) make the films suitable for use in the transparent electrodes.
