English Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of using Business Intelligence (BI) on Decision Quality.

The study uses a questionnaire, where the scale is adapted to measure the impact of using business intelligence tools on decision quality.

Decision quality can be determined by decision consistency, decision accuracy and on time decision.

This research is a case study in Jordan Telecom Group (Orange).

The suitable returned questionnaire accounted 166.

Multiple regression analyses were used to explore the impact of using business intelligence on decision quality.

This study found that there is a positive impact of using business intelligence tools on decision quality.

Indeed, it’s also found that the organization should maximize the utilization of BI to discover the non-obvious facts, the complex information, and to answer the non routine questions.

Finally, by conducting this study, the researcher's aim was to fill the gap in the existing literature where there is a lack of studies that investigate the impact of using business intelligence on decision quality
