تناول البحث أدوات إدارة الجودة التي من خلالها يمكن قياس أداء و مراقبة الانحرافات و تحسين الجودة بشكل مستمر.

و قد تم تطبيق أدوات تحليل بيانات الجودة في معمل للصناعات الصوفية, حيث جرى تحليل للبيانات بالاستعانة بنظام MS-Excel، طبقت بعض هذه الأدوات بشكل منفرد و بعضها بشكل متعدد و خرج البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات و التوصيات العملية.

Abstract EN

This research focuses on these tools which are essential for unambiguous establishment of quality improvements.

In this paper , we took a case study of woolen production factory ALFatih factory as a model to demonstrate how the lactory can applied these tools separately or as group .

Data is collected and analyzed using MSExcel.

The research represented a good conclusions with a practical recommendations.
