The subject of this paper revolves around one of the problems plaguing the ancient city, which is a problem of urban renewal and development, which refer to the software re- development and improvement of large tracts of neighborhoods in different areas of the main cities.

Kadhimiya city is one of the cities of the Islamic world, it suffer from slow disintegration investigator.

It is therefore necessary to examine in order to explore the city and the reality of the situation and draw a picture of the causes of morbidity in the facilities and buildings.
