و يشتمل هذا البحث على تطوير مؤشر لقياس التقدم أعطي اسم (معامل التقدم الزمني) و يحتوي العرض على مراحل الاستنباط التحليلي و أساليب التطبيق و المقارنة بمؤشر آخر معروف لإيضاح مدى دقته عدديا كأداة جيدة لتقييم مشاريع التشييد.
Abstract EN
Execution progress of construction projects is monitored and observed by a multitude ؛ه executives and professionals for a wide variety of evaluation purposes.
A time progress indicator is introduced herein by the name Time-Progress Factor.
A self-contained development work includes derivation, analysis, and applications.
Analysis includes comparing it with a well-known and frequently used indicator demonstrating its reliability as a numerically accurate measurement tool for evaluating execution progress of construction projects.
