يناقش هذا المقال نظام الحاسب الأصغر لأتمته عمليات القياس النوعي لتيار (أدي) في السطوح المعدنية، و يتضمن هذا النظام تصميم أتمتة تعيين التواتر المطلوب في العمليات و التحسين الذاتي، و يسمح النظام بقياس التغيرات الكهربائية في وشيعة coil استشعار مما يؤدي إلى قياس الخلل أو التغيرات في المادة المعدنية المختبرة، و تقاس تغيرات الطور و السعة بواسطة تصميم يتميز بالسرعة و يتحكم به حاسب آلي صغير.
و يفيد تقييم النتائج إلى إمكانية كشف واضح بواسطة تحليل الطور الدودية.
Abstract EN
A portable microprocessor-controlled eddy current measuring system to automate qualitative testing of metallic bodies.
The system embodies automatic setting ؛٠ operating frequencies, self-tuning, and measures variations in impedance of the sensing coil that correspond to defects or variation of the material under test.
Small changes in signal phase and amplitude are detected by fast hardware which is controlled by a microprocessor.
Evaluation shows clear detection of defects upon phase analysis.
