Abstract EN

The previous approximate methods of determining the constants in the Antoine equation: In P=A-B /T+C are reviewed.

A new, accurate and simplified method with the nonlinear least-square analysis is being proposed for evaluating these constants.

Results are com-pared with the methods of averages, least-square, linearization, and Reklaitis.

The proposed method shows the smallest standard deviation.
