HAI part of the H3 gene of EIV was cloned in a mammalian expression vector the recombinant protein was de novo synthesized both in vitro and in vivo and assayed for expression and immunogenicity using FAT , HI and serum neutralization test , EIV which was isolated in previous study (Hussein et al.
