English Abstract

-A total number of 403 ovaries of pregnant and non- pregnant camels ovaries slaughtered at Cairo slaughter house were collected during the period from October 2009 to November 2010 .

The oocytes were aspirated from 2 - 8 mm follicles and classified into 4 grades then cultured in TCM - 199 supplemented with 1,3 and 6 mg BSA , 10% FCS 10% follicular fluid and 50 ul FSH for 30 hours in 5% Co? incubator
