English Abstract

This study was carried out on 61 dogs from the experimented dogs which were come to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine , The dogs of experiments were divided into (5) dogs as a control, (15) dogs as autografted group in which have been excised a fresh patch of the craniodorsal part of the urinary bladder (3X3 cm²) and replanted in situ, in addition to (36) gogs as allografted group which have been excised fresh patch of the craniodorsal part of the urinary bladder as before then laying the second layer of the amniotic membrane by using surgical glue
