English Abstract
The objective of this study was to prepare LPS antigens from Brucella abortus strain 19 and Brucella melitensis strain 16M, in order to evaluate their serodiagnostic efficacy .
Also separation of Brucella LPS by using SDS - PAGE was done .
Evaluation of serodiagnostic efficacy of the prepared LPS antigen was done through application of ELISA test on serum samples
