لإثبات إمكانيات نظام المعلومات الجغرافية في إعداد قاعدة بيانات جغرافية و تمثيلها بشكل خرائط رقمية و لغرض تطبيق هذا النظام في مجال المواد المعدنية فقد تم أخذ بيانات المواد المعدنية و معاملها الموجودة في العراق بشكل خرائط ورقية و تحويلها إلى خرائط رقمية باستخدام هذا النظام حيث يهدف البحث إلى تكوين قاعدة بيانات خاصة بالمواد المعدنية لكي يتم توفير الجهد و الزمن و سرعة الوصول إليها و تحديثها و معرفة حاجة القطر من هذه المواد، و ذلك من خلال تحويل خارطة العراق المعدنية إلى خارطة رقمية باستخدام عملية التمشيط الإلكتروني و إجراء تصحيح نظام الاحداثيات لها باستخدام عملية الإرجاع الأرضي ليمكن التعامل معها في نظام المعلومات الجغرافية، و بعدها تم استخراج الطبقات من هذه الخارطة باستخدام عملية الترقيم حيث تمثل هذه الطبقات (طبقة المعادن مثل الكبريت و الحديد و غيرها) و تمثيل نسب هذه المعادن على هذه الطبقات و إمكانية فصل طبقة كل معدن عن المعادن الأخرى باستخدام هذا النظام و بالتالي تم بناء هذه القاعدة التي يمكن ربطها مع البيانات الوصفية الخاصة بكل معدن إذا ما توفرت، ليتم تحليلها و اتخاذ القرار المناسب في هذا المجال مستقبلا.
Abstract EN
The ability of geographic information systems in preparing of geo data base and its represented as digital maps is verified through data processing of mineral materials.
This research aims to product digital maps for mineral materials in Iraq by transferring paper map(geological map) with scale (1:1000000) into digital map using scanning process and adjusting of coordinates system for this map using dereferencing process.
Then layers are extracted from this map using digitizing process, these layers represented , also the ratio of these materials are represented on these layers as circle sector.
The purpose of geo database is to make the features in geographic information system datasets and define a relationship among features that were displayed on maps as layers, each layer represents particular type of features which have been used for spatial analysis
