Abstract EN

the current study aims at emphasizing the necessity of activating the one stop shop in attract and distribute the internal and External investment opportunity in a way that secure narrowing the gap between the real achievements and the supposed achievements.

the Study problem is defined by a number of questions; the most important one is to define the relation between the (OSS) strategy, which means the (one stop shop), and the investment opportunities.

the Study is examined in the investments institutions in Iraq( Karbala, AL-Diwaniyah, Kurdistn and Babil) with a concentrating on AL-Najaf AL-Ashraf Governorate institution.

To test the Study hypotheses, the data are collected by the questionnaire where (100) Sample, of the investment institution (leaderships and workers) and a Sample of the investors ( foreign and local investors) , are taken randomly.

the Samples represent the directorates concern with granting the investment permission, the directorate that support the investment institution and the consulting directorate such as the academic staffs (departments of Economics and Business Administration).

The personal interviews are adopted to get the most accurate information.

The data are analyzed by a number of the statistical methods and the results are concluded by (SPSS) program.

On the lights of the analysis and results the researcher finds out a number of the general conclusions that could be summarized as following :- 1.

The (one stop shop) is one of the modern developed method of confronting the Administrative corruption by the connection between the employee and the investor and the disorder in performance and neglecting the (one stop shop) resulted in postponing the investment order accomplishment and to increase the number of the directorate that grants the permissions.

The investment institution in AL-Najaf AL-Ashraf Governorate needs to be acquainted with the modern methods to confront the problems such as the increasing costs and the delaying of performance.
