Education, in our Arabic world, faces a lot of challenges which requires developing active Arabic educational mechanisms that give the educational work to train the students to face the challenges of the 21st century.
Accordingly, active educational procedures should be taken.
One of these procedures is using the (educational-learning) modals to reach a good standard of education.
