The present work develops an engineering method of indirect determination of admittance, capacitive susceptance and active isolation conductivity with respect to earth of medium voltage distribution networks.
The determination based on the measurement of neutral point displacement voltage and the phase voltages before and after the connection of additional active conductance to one of the phases.
