Abstract EN

The major focus of this research was the investigation of power and knowledge.

The research investigates power and knowledge and the types of power and knowledge, which related to this issue.

It investigates whether all relations are power relations, the research attempts to find out that.

It investigates the power and knowledge and the nature of relationships between power and knowledge, and the value of knowledge.

The research I have conducted and from reading of the literature, I found that epistemology is a branch of philosophy that studies the nature of knowledge.

I have studied the literature and used questionnaire as a methodology in order to investigate about knowledge and power.

At the result the study found many types of knowledge, which include geographical, linguistic, mathematical, aesthetic (artistic), ethical, (moral) and scientific knowledge.

In all the examples of knowledge are given, the kind of knowledge in question is what is called propositional knowledge; in addition we have ability knowledge as well.

The study suggested that knowledge is power and all the relations are power relations.

The major problem we face every day is the kinds of power, and this is the main objective of the research.

The study then investigates, the requirements of knowledge, the value of knowledge, power relationships in education and the social influence techniques.

These were the major hypotheses of this research and were proved.

Finally, the research will be concluded by finding the types of power and the additional hypotheses.
