هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قیاس فجوة الخدمة المصرفیة المقدمة من قبل مصارف القطاع الخاص في محافظة اللاذقیة بالاعتماد على مقیاس "فجوة الخدمة" SERVQUAL, حیث أظهرت النتائج بأن هناك فجوة سالبة بین توقع العملاء للخدمة المصرفیة المقدمة من قبل مصارف القطاع الخاص و بین الخدمة المدركة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق معنوي بين الخدمة المتوقعة و الخدمة المدركة فيما یخص الأبعاد التالیة "الاعتمادیة، الأمان، التعاطف" في حین لم توجد فروق معنویة في "التجسید المادي، سرعة الاستجابة".
تم التوصل إلى هذه النتائج من خلال تحلیل البیانات بواسطة برنامج SPSS و بالاعتماد على تحلیل الفرق بین المتوسطات و ذلك لعینة مؤلفة من 52 عميل.
Abstract EN
This research aims to measure the gap of service quality of the private banks in Lattakia governorate.
This study is based on SERVQUAL scale.
The results show that there is a negative gap between expected & perceived service of private banks, also results prove that there is a substantive difference between expected & perceived service, particularly in these dimensions “Reliability, Security, Empathy “while there are not a substantive difference in the following dimensions “Tangible, Responsiveness “These results are found by SPSS software through The T-Test on a sample in size 52.
