English Abstract
This research aims at highlighting the role of different actors in the making of Moroccan foreign policy.
First, it sets the American administrative machinery as a model for the analysis.
Second, it examines the role of the different actors responsible for making Moroccan foreign policy.
And third, it tries to study the practice of Moroccan foreign policy through two main axes: a political axis depicted in the Sahara issue and an economic axis related to Morocco’s relations with Europe.
The conclusion is an attempt to summarize the main points and includes a set of recommendations for Moroccan foreign policy to improve.
