يؤدي تفاعل 4–امينو بنزوايل هيدرازيد مع ثنائي كبريتيد الكاربون في وسط قاعدي إلى تكوين مشتق الأوكسادايازول [III].

ثم مفاعلة المركب الأخير [III] مع ن–بروميد الألكيل للحصول على المركب [IV]n و أخيرا تكثيف المركب [IV]n مع 4-، 4-ثنائي فورميل فنيل –4، 1– فنيل ثنائي الكاربوكسيلات ليعطي سلسلة جديدة من قواعد شف [IV]n.

شخصت جميع المركبات المحضرة باستخدام القياسات الطيفية (الأشعة تحت الحمراء و طيف الكتلة) و التحليل الدقيق للعناصر.

تم دراسة الفعالية البايولوجية لأغلب هذه المركبات المحضرة [IV]n ( (n = 2, 3, 5 -, 7, 9و لقد أظهرت جميعها فعالية بايولوجية جيد ضد أنواع مختارة من البكتيريا.

Abstract EN

Reaction of 4-aminobenzoyl hydrazide [II] with carbon disulfide in KOH medium leads to the formation of mercapto oxadiazolc [III], Compound [111] was reacted with n-alkyI bromide to give [IV]„ .Condensation of [IV|n with 4, 4"-diformyl phenyl -1, 4-terphthalate to give a new series of Schiff bases [VII]„.

The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis.

The biological activity for some of compounds [VII] with n=2, 3, 5-7, 9 was studied.

All these compounds showed biological activity against E.coli, St.

viridins.

Staph, aureus and St.

pyogenes.
