Abstract EN
Steganography refers to ،the science of invisible communication and its main goal is to communicate securely and in a completely undetectable manner.
A new approach to Stegnography for information hiding in digital media is proposed here.
We refer to it as Interlaced Function- Based Steganography (IFBS).
Our main concern in؛ designing IFBS is to hide compressed da،a of a gray secret image in a cover colored image using numerical function as an interlaced function with the selected cover image.
The secret image is compressed before embedding.
The IFBS algorithm is described, along with the encoding/ decoding techniques.
Experimental results are provided as well.
