Positive linear relationships between the average monthly longterm rainfall and runoff are observed at the examined gauging stations.
The rainfall-runoff relationship at W.Wala is distributed more uniformly within the catchment.
The maximum means daily discharges are hiehlv variable from a year to another.
W.Wala average annual runoff is close to W.Mujib.
Unlike its storage capacity which is higher.
The average annual runoff of W Wala catchment was 24.1 mcm (6.6% of the average annual rainfall), while the average annual runott of W.Mujib catchment was 20.13 mcm (4.2% of the average annual rainfall).
The average annual flow for Mujib basin was 44.3 mcm (5.6% of the average annual rainfall).
The average annual direct runoff (flood runoff) for Mujib basin formed 4.5% from the average annual total rainfall.
