Alpha particle's deposition and its effects on percentage of blast cells, lymphocytes and neutrophils for the Leukaemia blood samples have been performed using alpha irradiation collimate and survey radiation dosimeter.

Irradiation collimator for the radium source used to irradiate the blood samples by the different doses and time of exposure.

Method of alpha particles distribution on the surface of CR-39 NTDs used to estimate density of alpha particles that has accumulated on the surface of the blood samples.

Obtaining an influence of alpha irradiation doses on the percentage ratio of blast cells, lymphocytes and neutrophils inside exposed leukaemia blood samples has been improved in vitro study for the 12 patients (6 male + 6 Female).

Optimum time of irradiation verified and it was 8 minute.

The value of 43.25 ± 3.31 μSv/hr considered as an optimum irradiation dose rate for the radioactive source of Radium (226Ra) to make most influence on the percentages of blast cells, lymphocytes and neutrophils for male and female Leukemia blood samples
