هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مضامين رسائل أولياء الأمور الموجهة لمعلمي العلوم من أجل تحسين تعلم العلوم، و زيادة فاعلية الاتصال بين المدرسة و البيت، و الكشف عن كيفية استجابة معلمي العلوم و تصرفاتهم حيال مضامين تلك الرسائل.
تكونت عينة الدراسة من ولي أمر، تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العنقودية العشوائية، و من (496) معلما و معلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت أداتان، هما : تحليل المحتوى و المقابلة، و استخدم المنهج تكميم النوع في معالجة البيانات.
أظهرت النتائج أن هناك (33) مضمونا تعليميا يود أولياء الأمور التركيز عليها من قيل معلم العلوم، و تمحورت في ثمانية مجالات تتفق و المعايير الوطنية لتنمية المعلم مهنيا، و هي : أساليب التعزيز و الدافعية، و سلوكيات المعلم الشخصية، و معالجة سلوكيات الطلبة، و أساليب التدريس، و مهارات العمل المخبري، و مبادرات الطلبة في العلوم، و الواجبات المنزلية، و المتابعة و التقويم.
و بناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ؛ قدمت عدة توصيات اشتملت على الاستجابة إلى طالب أولياء الأمور من قبل المعلمين، و فتح جميع قنوات الاتصال و تفعيلها مع أولياء الأمور، و تفعيل أدوار كل من أولياء الأمور و المعلمين كمنظومة تعليمية متكاملة في بيئة اجتماعية ثقافية موحدة لها أهدافها المشتركة.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to identify the content of parents’ messages to develop science instruction and enhance communication between the home and the school.
The sample of the study consisted of 784 parents selected through random cluster sampling and 496 Science teachers selected through random sampling.
To achieve the aims of the study, interview and content analysis were used.
The findings showed that there are 33 aspects of content that parents want teachers to focus on.They were grouped in eight domains compatible with the national standards of teachers’ professional development: motivation and incentives,teacher personal behavior,dealing with student behavior,teaching methods,laboratory work skills,students initiatives in science, homework and follow up, and evaluation.
The researcher put forth a number of relevant recommendations.
