Involved hormones secreted by the body, along with metal ions in many biochemical the occurrence of metabolism processes the target of getting the energy that the body uses in most of the movements made by the player in the performance of physical activity, which leads continuously during needs body player to energy, due to the specificity of women's effects incident of increase and decrease in some hormones and metal ions and the impact of sports training changes physiological affect these hormones and metal ions, which brought benefit to researchers to put these changes in mind of coaches to use in the development of training curricula to deal with women and try to shed light on this type of research for reaching for the better.

The research aimed to : 1.

Identify the changes occurring on the hormone insulin and some metal ions (sodium and potassium) between rest and after aerobic effort for female football players.

The imposition (hypothesis) of research are : The presence of statistically significant differences in the hormone insulin and some metal ions differences (sodium and potassium) between rest and after aerobic effort for female football players.

The researchers used a descriptive approach in the research as research sample consisted of (8) players from ASHTI club football for the galleries were used instruments and tools and means of gathering information, as appropriate means of statistical results and processed using statistical Pouch (SPSS).

After processing Statistics and discuss the results, the researchers concluded the following: 1- The aerobic effort was significant impact on increasing the concentration of the hormone insulin.
