English Abstract
-With the advancement of technology and its inclusion in higher education provision, Quality assurance measures in higher education became a necessity.
Yet, what is really required is a change in the mind set of all concerned stakeholders.
A change of culture, values, and way of thinking.
Being a service provider, a higher education institution should seek to define what quality is for its “customers” and work its way through a long process of change that requires unfreezing of old processes, establishment and support of new ones.
The success of this task falls upon the strategic level of the institution.
Kurt Lewin‖s model of change is used for guidance
