English Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to develop the properties of 5-lifting modules and add some result that seen to be new to the best of our knowledge.

Also we give examples and basic properties of weak 5-lifting (FI- 5-lifting) modules.

Kosan introduce the following concept: An R-module is called 5-lifting module if for every submodule A of M, there exists a submodule X of A such that M = X(BY and X Qgce A in M.

In this thesis, we give comprehensive study of 5-lifting modules and some related concepts.

Also we introduce a generalization of this concept as follows:- Let M be an R-module.

We say that M is weak 5-lifting (FI-5-lifting) module (or briefly w-5-lifting) if for every semisimple (fully invariant) submodule A of M, there exists a submodule X of M such that M = X©V and X —S.ce A in M.
