introduce the following concept:- An R-module M is called F-semi regular module if for every xÎ M there exist a decomposition M = A Å B such that A is projective sub module of Rx and RxÇB£F, where F is a submodule of M. The main purpose of thesis to give a comprehensive study of an F-semi regular modules and consider some certain fully invariant sub module F of M such as Rad(M) , Z(M) and Soc(M).

And we study extensively the F-semiregular rings. We give a survey of known result, we supply the details of the proofs of almost all these results and we also prove the result that appeared without proofs.

We illustrate, by example. Moreover, we add some result that seen to be new to the best of our Knowledge.
