While intussusception is relatively common in children, it is a rare clinical entity in adults.
We present a case of a 50 year-old male with ileocecal intussusception, which was treated by right hemicolectomy.
In adults, this condition is almost always secondary to a definable lesion, which was a submucous lipoma in this case.
