Gastric leiomyosarcoma are very rare tumors.
We are reporting the first case of gastric leiomyosarcoma diagnosed in Bahrain and documented in the cancer registry.
Unfortunately, the patient died due to rapidly progressing nature of the disease despite the multimodality treatment.
