Abstract EN

Occupational stress is a major threat to individual and organizational well-being.

Despite unique factors some organizations have, general predisposing factors do exist.

Over the past three decades, there has been a transition from focusing on identifying trends and causes of work stress towards establishing healthy strategies to halt its rising tides.

The organizations that reported decline in their trends of work related stress are the ones successfully adopted and established stress management plans.
