Aqueous extracts of twenty plant specics weie rested for their toxicity to Biomphalaria pfeifferi.
Tephrosia sp.
gave ؛'؟00؛ mortality at all concentrations tested.
Xanthium hrasiiium, ’ ' chrisli, Cyperus rotundas, Ipomea aquatica and Kicinus communis inflicted high mortality on B.
pfeifferi snails.
The rest of the tested plants showed either poor ©١٦٥ •١ toxicity to B.
pfeifferi.
