English Abstract
In the present work , we study the chaotic laser signal generation and the existence of slow chaotic spiking sequences in the dynamics of the semiconductor laser with ac-coupled optoelectronic feedback (photocurrent injected to the semiconductor laser).
The introduction of an acfeedback optoelectronic loop adds both a third degree of freedom and much slower time-scale.
The dimensionless differential equations which describe this model is achieved where the solitary laser dynamics is ruled by two coupled variables (intensity and population inversion) evolving with two very deferent characteristic time –scales.
The theoretical and experimental works study the change of time series of the chaotic laser output and Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) and their attractors.
The bifurcation of nonlinear laser dynamics observed through the transition from steady state to periodic, period doubling, chaotic and Mixed Mode Oscillations (MMOs) state by varying dcbias current gradually, and typically we could observe that MMOs can be ordered in periodic –chaotic sequences in which intervals of periodic state are separated by chaotic states of order 10 11 1 2 13 1 4 15.All of this have been showed and discussed by our model precisely.
